If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly accept your return or exchange under the following conditions:
- We gladly accept unused and uninstalled merchandise in its original packaging and tags within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
- Please include a copy of your invoice and mention the reason for returning the product.
- All return items must be sent back through a Traceable courier service at the customer’s expense to our address.
- Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
- Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the product.
- All returns should be sent to Vroom.pk: B95, Gulistan-e-Johar, Block 9A, Karachi, Pakistan.

2. Repack Merchandise
Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to return, along with the Return Form, are included with your return shipment.

Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery, i.e. courier or registered post, on his own expense, to the following address:
